Georgetown Auto Repair was set up for drivers who are tired of surprises at the counter. The idea is simple: nobody should find out the price of a repair after it is finished.
So every job follows the same order. We inspect the vehicle, find what is actually wrong, explain it and quote it. Work begins only after you agree, and if something changes halfway through, the work stops until you have heard about it.
We look after commuter cars, family SUVs, work trucks and light diesel pickups, and every one of them gets the same process. It is not complicated, and that is the point: a repair visit should be predictable from the first call to the last mile of the road test.
